1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing BoxingDeck ("website"), placing an order, or commissioning custom boxing ring accessories and equipment from BoxingDeck ("we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Custom Orders & Artwork Proof Approval
Because our boxing ring canvases, corner pads, rope covers, turnbuckle covers, and skirts are tailored to your exact gym dimensions and branding specifications:
- Digital Mockups: We supply a 2D digital artwork proof prior to beginning fabrication. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect dimensions, colors, text spelling, logo placements, and attachment options (e.g., eyelets, straps, hook-and-loop).
- Production Authorization: Manufacturing begins once you approve the digital proof. Any modifications requested after proof sign-off may incur additional material or production fees.
- Intellectual Property Warranties: By submitting artwork, logos, and emblems, you warrant that you possess all requisite rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce the provided graphics.
3. Production Timelines & Global Shipping
Our team takes pride in rapid, high-precision manufacturing:
- Standard Production: Custom manufacturing typically requires 3 to 5 business days following final artwork approval.
- Transit & Delivery: International express courier transit typically requires 5 to 8 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs inspections, and duty charges imposed by the recipient's jurisdiction.
4. Cancellations, Returns & Warranty
Due to the bespoke nature of personalized gym and event equipment:
- Custom Equipment: Once production has commenced on personalized orders, cancellations and change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted.
- Defects & Transit Damage: If any item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect that deviates from the approved proof, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic proof. We will promptly repair or replace the affected component at our expense.
- Warranty: We guarantee high-grade industrial stitching, durable heavy-duty canvas fabric, and UV-resistant printing under normal boxing training and event conditions.
5. Ring Safety & Proper Installation
Boxing, sparring, and combat sports involve inherent athletic risk. While BoxingDeck manufactures fight-grade protective accessories (such as high-density corner pads and shock-absorbing underlay), gym operators, promoters, and coaches remain responsible for proper ring assembly, secure tie-downs, regular hardware inspections, and compliance with sanctioning body regulations.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
